Sunday Crochet Update 8/6/25

This week I have been continuing to work on my Clear Skies Cardi and have now got past the arm holes, so now it’s time to just keep going until it’s long enough. No worrying about remembering to increase and there are fewer stitches so it’s going a little quicker.

The nice neat raglan lines make me happy

Last week I had frogged my Giddy Jumper and was pondering a hexi cardi instead, and so I have started on it this week. I was thinking of using some fancy textured stitch, but ended up just going for a solid granny instead. I’m doing both sides at once so I keep the same colour changes and to make sure I don’t run out of any yarn which would leave it unbalanced. So far so good, I’m happy with how it’s going 🙂 It’s nice to have a straightforward simple project to switch to when the Tunisian is getting tedious on the Clear Skies cardi!

The 2 sides of the hexi cardi (kind of wishing I’d done the last row on the right one so they’d look more even for this photo!)

Ooh a kind of arty way to show them, like arrows!

No finished jigsaw to share this week. My current one is getting there, but not quite finished yet.
