Christmas Bokeh

I decided to take some ‘proper’ photos of some of our decorations today. Yesterday’s photos were taken on my phone, and these are taken on my camera. My phone is great for a quick photo, but if you’re trying to get certain things in focus and others not, you really need to use a proper camera I find. I was trying to capture some of the magic of fairy light bokeh that can transform a photo.

Hope you enjoy these as much as I do 🙂

A lot is different this year, but some things are still the same… I still can’t resist taking lots of photos of our tree(s)!

I’m going to include this in this week’s Lens-Artists Photo Challenge as well as the post I did yesterday, as it fits so well.

Happy Holidays dear readers.

  1. Lovely bokeh… good explanation of the difference between a phone and a camera which a lot of people don’t get… but then most people are happy with snapshots… so that is fine!!!
