Snowdrop Season

It’s Snowdrop Season! Hurrah! I went for a walk yesterday to get some photos of these beautiful early flowers.

Snowdrops are a bit like Covid vaccinations… a sign of hope, a sign that there will be better times ahead, a sign that spring is coming.

Some of them had the added joy of lovely droplets hanging weightless on their petals.

Enjoy! 🙂

My body may be protesting a bit about all the squatting for photos, but I think it was worth it 😀

  1. Snowdrop season? Snowstorm season in our part of the world. It is so wonderful to see those little miracles even if it’s just a picture. I have a few in my garden and every year – sometimes in April – it is joy to see them. Thanks for this reminder that they are there waiting to wake up.
